NEVER MIND THE STRESS OR THE DIFFICULTIES THAT THERE WILL CERTAINLY BE , NEVER MIND WORRYING ABOUT CASH FLOW OR THE BANK BREATHING DOWN YOUR NECK IF YOU ARE 50p OVERDRAWN WITHOUT AUTHORITY - GO FOR IT IF YOU CAN! THERE IS AN EXCITEMENT THAT NOTHING ELSE CAN REPLACE! My personal experiences of owning my own businesses started way back in 1966 when I began my own car hire company. I have had my current print business for almost thirteen years which I purchased after selling a previous one and employ 5 staff in addition to myself. I am well past retirement age and would not dream of stopping whilst I can still get out of bed in the morning. I class my working day as 24 hours because although not at the office, my mind does not stop. Is that a problem for me, absolutely not. It's an adrenalin rush that no other drug can give you and that is why I have never ever tried any other drug. The head rush I get when I see a satisfied client is all the drug I need. I have been accused of being a workaholic and would gladly wear a badge announcing that fact for all to see. The problems are never insurmountable because I never look at a situation as a problems, I look at them as situations that have solutions that need to be found. I could extol the virtues of business ownership from now until the next millenium, suffice it to say - if the idea is sound and the will to succeed is there -BITE THE BULLET.
