Returns and Refunds

At Carole Spiers Group we want you to be delighted with every item you purchase from us.

We do appreciate however, that there may be items that you wish to return, and so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, unopened, within 7 days of the date you received it, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights (see below).

Your Statutory Rights

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

If you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and even if there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item.

This applies to all of our products other than digital items (e-books) that have been downloaded from our website.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at: info@carolespiersgroup.co.uk giving your full name and address, order confirmation number, and the full reason for the return.

When returning the item to us, we highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, and immediately we receive the returned item at our offices we will refund your purchase price in full.

Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning any items to us, unless we sent them to you in error, or if they are damaged or defective.
