How Does Our Service Work?

We use Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp for our remote counselling services. For video counselling, you will need a computer, laptop or phone with Skye installed [free to download] and an internet connection. Alternatively, for telephone counselling, you can either use Skype or Zoom [free] or you can speak directly by phone.

All counselling sessions are payable in advance via a secure on-line payment system before the session.

You can purchase a 1-hour session to see how you get on with the process. Alternatively, you can buy blocks of six-hourly sessions by contacting us via email or phone.
