The CSG Trauma Support course gave an insight into some of the terrible events which can befall any individual or organisation. However, the course was delivered in a compassionate and personal style which ensured that the key messages were transferred to all participants through an easy to use model and process. Their wealth of experience provided greater depth to a subject which we have been fortunate not to experience first-hand.
