Within the global container industry, we are well aware of the importance of resilience but Carole was able to powerfully dramatise it as a theme whilst at the same time providing and delivering proven strategies that have been successfully implemented by team members in order to work and thrive under pressure. I was greatly impressed that her audience was so absorbed in her presentation and in these times of rapid organisational change within the industry, I am sure that her keynote address will soon be inspiring and motivating other groups within the Maersk organisation.
